How to use the Large Storage package
01. What is a Large Storage Package?
The Large Storage Package consists of a one-year Swing2App Basic Paid App type pass + 30GB of additional storage + a Play Store Upload ticket + an App Store Upload ticket as a package
It is a product that can be used as a package at a lower price than purchasing individually.
*Large Storage Package products are recommended for long-term operation of many apps, commercialization of stores, and use of large app capacity.
*If you need more app capacity, you can add 30GB at a time without purchasing them individually! (2GB of app capacity is provided when purchasing a basic pass separately)
*It is offered at a discount of $557 compared to purchasing as an individual product. $1,107 → $550
Service provided
1) A Basic Paid app subscription, which is a Swing2App subscription, is provided for one year (360 days)
*Except for capacity, the functions provided in the basic subscription are the same. (Open 100 bulletin boards, 5 group chat rooms, etc.)

02. How to purchase and use the Large Storage Package
1) Please complete the test after final production of the app.
When purchasing a pass, the date of use is counted from the date of purchase, so you must make the app and finally purchase the pass.
*Purchase package products can only be applied for apps made with general prototypes – Push and Web-view version apps cannot be purchased.
2) Manager → Online Stores → Swing2App Packages and choose to purchase ‘Large Storage package ($550)’.
*If you choose to purchase a product, you can check details related to use.
Please check the contents before making a purchase before proceeding with the purchase.
3) For package products, the product is not applied immediately after payment, and it takes 1-2 hours to set up.
We will notify you by email when the work is complete.
4) After receiving the email, please proceed with the store upload application.
*Manager -> Manage Version -> Production History there is a [PlayStore/App Store upload] button.
Click the [App Store Upload] and [Play Store Upload] buttons to fill out the application form and apply.
*Play Store can be directly released by users, and App Store can only be uploaded by proxy.
When you complete the store upload application, all you need to do is complete it~!

03. Guidelines and precautions for using Large Storage Packages

4) For large Storage Package products, the date of use is reflected immediately upon purchase, so please use it after making the final app.
If more than one day has passed, no refund is possible, and the remaining days will not be refunded, nor will the use be withheld.

5) The subscription provided in the package is a one-year subscription, and you can use the app as a paid version for 12 months (360 days).
If you want to extend the period again after that, please check the capacity you are using and purchase a ticket.
If you need 30GB of storage, you can repurchase the ‘Large Storage Package’ product, or if you do not use a lot of the app space, you can purchase the Swing2App general subscription (Basic type, Expandable type).
6) When purchasing a ticket, the app is converted to the paid version, and the paid version of the app (APK file) can be registered and released in the Play Store/App Store.
7) If you apply for store upload with the ticket (Play Store, App Store) you received when purchasing a package product, we will act on your behalf and upload the app to the store.

8) App storage is provided with 30GB.
If the capacity provided for the app is exceeded, the use of the app will be suspended regardless of the number of days remaining, so please always check the app capacity.

11) If you do not repurchase the ticket again before the end of the paid use, the paid version will be terminated and the use of the app will be suspended.
The period of use will be extended only if you purchase the pass again before the period of use expires.
(It is not an automatic payment, so please check the date of the period of use accurately before payment.)
12) If you end the paid use (paid version), you can use the free version again.
Select the [App Creation Request] button on the app creation page to create a new version.
Then the app will be remade as a free version, and you can use it as a free version.
*When converting to the free version, it is only available for personal use, so apps released in the store cannot be used.
*The free version of the app is 100mb in size.
13) From 7 days before the expiration date of the paid app usage period, the user’s e-mail and text message will notify you of the expiration date.
Emails are sent to the email registered with Swing2App, and since phone numbers are not collected separately, text messages cannot be sent to users without contact information.
14) For Large Storage Package products and all paid products, the voucher is applied to one app.
If you want to apply a package product to three apps, you must purchase the package product separately for each app.

How to use AdMob Power Package product
01. What is AdMob Power Package? Offer service?

To set up AdMob ads in your app, you need the following information:
(1) Interstitial ad unit ID (Android, iPhone)
(2) ID of banner ad ad unit (Android, iPhone)
(3) Android App ID , IOS App ID
*Please refer to the manual below for how to sign up for AdMob and create an ad unit ID.

4) If you have created all ad unit IDs in AdMob, complete the AdMob plugin settings.
Go to Manager → Services → AdMob plugin settings, enter [ad unit ID settings] and [ad exposure pattern settings] and save.

5) Install the newly created version of the app on your Android phone and check if the ads are displayed properly. (Only available for testing with Android phone)
6) If there is no problem after testing, please apply for store upload.

04. Notes on AdMob Ad Settings
1) Swing2App does not provide information related to AdMob operation, such as advertising revenue costs, operating methods, and policies related to AdMob.
Please apply after thoroughly checking the contents and precautions on the Google AdMob official site.
*Since Swing2App only sets up AdMob advertisements in the app, we do not provide consultations related to AdMob operation.
2) If you have any questions about the application of AdMob to the app, please contact the customer center before proceeding.
3) After payment, once the setting of the AdMob plugin is completed, AdMob suspension or payment cannot be refunded, so please consider it thoroughly before proceeding.
4) Ads cannot be selected by users and are randomly displayed on Google.
5) Advertisement setting- It proceeds with interstitial advertisement and banner advertisement, and the user can directly set the exposure pattern for interstitial advertisement.
6) Advertisement setting is applied by integrating Android + iPhone, and it can also be applied to one platform of Android or iPhone.
(Even if it is applied to only one platform, the price applied to AdMob is the same.)
7) Do not artificially click advertisements in apps with AdMob applied. If the artificial number increases, Google will drop the ad.
8) Apps to which AdMob is applied must be released on the Play Store or App Store to generate app advertising revenue.
After applying AdMob, be sure to release the app to the store and use it.
9) Swing2App does not handle AdMob registration and ad unit ID creation.
Users are requested to check the manual and register directly.
10) AdMob does not immediately make ad revenue just by installing it in the app.
There are a number of conditions, and you need to promote the app and get users to use it to get a lot of installs.
-You must have a certain app installation rate, and you must earn a certain amount of money to receive payment.
-If the installation and use of the app is poor, the app advertisement may go down, and Google may sanction the sending of the advertisement. (low traffic, etc.)
-Therefore, you must fully understand the contents of the AdMob official site.
How to re-register with the same ID after withdrawing from the app membership
Q. If a user who has withdrawn from the app wants to re-register with the same ID, is there any way to re-register?
If you withdraw from the app, you cannot re-register with the same ID.
However, if the user wants to re-register with the same ID, the administrator can take action on the web dashboard.
If you delete the member who has withdrawn from member inquiry, all information will be lost, so you can sign up again with the same ID.
I’ll tell you how to re-enroll a user who has withdrawn from membership through the manual!
1. Leave the app membership
First, I’ll try to withdraw the membership that was signed up with the test17 ID in the app.
For membership withdrawal, there is a’Membership withdrawal’ menu in the app settings.
You can unsubscribe by selecting the corresponding menu.
Withdrawal is complete.
If you try to re-register with the same ID again, as you can see on the screen, a message saying “ID exists” will appear and you will not be able to register again with the same ID.
2. Member Views: Deleting a member
Next, the administrator will tell you how to delete the member from the member inquiry page of the web dashboard.
Manager → Push & Member → Go to the Member Views page.
1)Select the user who has withdrawn from the member inquiry list..
In the “Account withdrawal and deletion” menu in the member information window, select the 2) Delete member button.
3)Select the “Delete the ID and all information” confirmation button.
*Even if the user withdrew, the information remains in the app data, so they will not be able to sign up with the same ID.
Therefore, if you need to re-register with the same ID, you must delete the member ID and all information from the app through member deletion.
3. Re-register the app with the same ID
After the administrator completes the member deletion, the withdrawn user will access the app again and sign up.
When signing up with the same ID that you withdrew from the membership registration screen, a “This ID is available” message appears.

You can see that the same (test17) re-registration is possible.
*Information
1.When withdrawing membership, the same ID is basically set so that re-registration is impossible.
Please use the above method only when there is an unavoidable request from the user.
2. When deleting a member, not only the member ID, but also all information such as posts and comments created by the member are deleted.
3. Since member deletion cannot be restored again, please select the member to be deleted correctly before proceeding.

How to use the digital product purchase completion page
We will inform you how to apply the’Digital Product Purchase Completed Page’ among the pages provided by Swing Shop to the app.
This page must be applied in shopping mall apps that sell digital products.
*Digital product sales e.g.) use voucher, coupon, PDF view, video and file, permission change (user level)
