Swing2App Budget Package Product ($330)

1. What is a Swing2App Budget packaged product?

Swing2App budget packaged product offers (Paid app 2 years pass + Play Store upload ticket + App Store Upload ticket) as a Swing2App pass packaged product.

The basic paid app pass is available at a 50% discount compared to monthly payments.

※$792 for 2 years monthly – $20 for 2 years

So it’s cheaper! It is a package product that can be used.

1) It is a packaged product and a voucher that converts a free app to a paid version.

2) If you use the app made in the Swing2App on the market such as Play Store, App Store and commercialize it, you need to purchase a pass. (Paid version conversion).

3)Paid app pass purchases will be applied immediately, so please pay after making the final app.

4)When you purchase a budget package, a Play Store upload ticket (1) + App Store upload ticket (1) are provided free of charge.

 

2. Feature package

3. How to use the package

1)When the app production is completed, please go to the Manager page → Online Stores → Vouchers & Tickets, ticket purchase page to buy [swing2App package products].

*Your ticket will be counted as soon as you purchase it, so make sure to create the app, test it out, and make the final payment.

2) Check the purchase quantity of packaged goods and set the desired period of purchase. eg. Purchase quantity 1 = 2 years, purchase quantity 2 = 4 years.

3)When purchasing a ticket, the number of days of use is immediately counted, and the paid version of the app can be used for 24 months (720 days) with a 2 year pass.

4)Upon purchase, the app will be converted to the paid version, and the app (APK file) can be registered and released on the Play Store/App Store.

5) If you apply for an upload ticket (Play Store, App Store) that you received with your package, we will launch the app on the store for you.

*Go to Manager → Manager Version → Production History menu, select [Apply for Play Store Upload], [App Store Upload Request] in the Market Registration field.

Please fill out the form according to the application form and apply for upload before it gets delivered to Swing2App. (Please apply for upload after payment)

*The Play Store can be registered directly by the user, the App Store can only upload Agency.

 

4.Instructions

1)We offer app storage – 500MB for your package.

When the capacity is exceeded, the app will be suspended regardless of the remaining days of use, so always check your usage.

Please purchase additional product before the capacity is exceeded or secure the capacity in Service Management → Resource Management.

2)  If you do not purchase the ticket again after using, the paid version will be terminated.

Closing the paid version does not delete any apps you have created in Swing2App or any apps published in the Store.

However, when the app runs, if ‘expiration date has expired’ message pop-up, the app will automatically shut down. Therefore, there is a limit to usage.

When the user pays the pass again, it is automatically restored and the app can be used normally.

3)You will be notified 7 days before about the expiration date by e-mail and text message from the user.

The mail will be sent to the e-mail subscribed to Swing2App, and since the phone number is not registered separately, a text message cannot be send.

4)The user must purchase the ticket again before the expiration date to extend the subscription.

(Because it is not an automatic payment, please check the date of payment correctly)

5) You can use the free version of the app again for a fee.

Please create a new version by selecting the App Creation Request button on the Maker(V2) page.

Then the app is rebuilt and available as a free version. (Paid version app released on the store is not available)

6) One voucher applies to one app.

In other words, if you want to apply the voucher to three apps, you must purchase the voucher separately for each app.

 

5. Refund Information

1) Unused tickets are 100% refundable. 

*However, if the number of days used is deducted, a refund is not possible and the remaining days are not refundable.

2)You cannot suspend the use of the paid ticket for a while or suspend the use date.

3)The Play Store and App Store upload ticket provided with the refund of the discount package are not refundable.

4)Payment – ​​Apply by pressing the Refund button in Payment Status.

5) If you request a refund after 30 days of purchase with a credit card or electronic payment (unused pass), the refund will be made out of 10% of the card fee.

6) If the card does not automatically refund, we will deposit it. Please provide your account number, bank name and depositor’s name.

What is the difference between the swing2app paid version and the free version?

The 1st difference between the current paid version and the free version is that you cannot upload it to the Market.
Free can only be used as an Android phone installation file, and paid can be commercially released to the Android and iPhone markets.

 

Secondly, there is a difference in capacity.
The free version provides 100MB basic, and the paid version provides 2GB. (Capacity varies by Basic, Expandable and Premium)


Finally, the number of app productions is different.
Paid users can create up to 10 apps per account, and free users can create up to 3 apps per account.
However, even the free version can use all the features of Swing2App, so try it out for free and convert it to paid if necessary.
If you apply for a free commercial version, you can commercialize it on the market, so please use the free commercial version service.

 

How is the number of days of 1 month vouchers counted?

When you purchase a 1 month paid app voucher, many people ask whether the total number of days is 30 days, 31 days, or every month of payment.
Since the total number of days varies from month to month (some 28 days and some 30 and 31 days), the number of days of use for a month is 30 days.
Therefore, if you pay for 6 months, 180 days will be used. If you pay for 12 months, 360 days will be used.
Some people inquire about 365 days, especially if you pay for 1 year, but it applies to the number of days calculated as 30 days a month. Please keep in mind.

Swing2App paid voucher

Swing2App paid voucher (basic, extended, premium)

1. What is the swing2app paid voucher?

In the swing2app, you can use the app as a free version, paid version, and free commercial version (insert ads).

If you want to use the app commercially (release and use the app in the Play Store, App Store, etc.), you must convert the paid version by paying the paid app pass.

Swing2App paid pass is a pass that converts these free apps into paid version.

1) A voucher that converts a free app to a paid version.
2) In order to commercialize and use Swing2App created apps on the Play Store, App Store, etc., you must purchase a voucher.
3) The paid app voucher is a product that uses the paid version of the app, and purchasing the voucher does not immediately release the app in the store.
4) If you want to act as a market upload, please purchase a Play Store and an App Store upload ticket.
5) If you post directly to the market, you do not have to purchase a ticket, you can register the app immediately. *Only App store upload agency.

 

2. Quantity of use
1) You can pay for your subscription by 1 month (30 days), and check the purchase quantity and pay for the desired month.
2) 6 months (20% discount), 12 months (30% discount). You can use the voucher more cheaply with the package amount.

 

3. Type of Paid App Voucher 
Swing2App Paid Pass can be selected as Basic, Expandable or Premium.
*Basic ticket ($33 per month): 2GB capacity, 5 chat rooms, 100 bulletin boards
*Extended ticket ($55 a month): 10GB capacity, 10 chat rooms, 300 bulletin boards
*Premium ticket ( $100 per month): 50GB capacity, unlimited chat room, unlimited bulletin board, unlimited store upload tickets

 

4. How to use paid apps

1)When the app is produced, go to the Manger  → Online Stores → Vouchers & Tickets, ticket purchase page, and please purchase [paid app voucher].

*Your ticket will be counted as soon as you purchase it, so make sure to create the app, test it out, and make the final payment.

2)When purchasing a ticket, the number of days of use is immediately counted, and the paid version of the app can be used depending on the number of months of purchase.

(You can use the paid version of the app for 30 days by purchasing a 1 month voucher.)

3)The app will be converted to the paid version when you purchase a license, and you can release the paid version app (APK file) by registering it in the Play Store/App Store.

4) If you would like to be able to upload to the Play Store or App Store, you can purchase [Play Store upload ticket, app store upload ticket] and apply for upload.

*Premium tickets are items that include upload tickets, so you don’t have to buy upload tickets. (Unlimited uploads available)

* * If you post directly to the Play Store, you don’t need to purchase a ticket, you can register the app immediately. (App store can only be uploaded)

 

5. Instructions

1)Paid apps offer different app capacity for each product.

Regardless of the number of days remaining for the app, please always check the amount of time you have.

Please purchase additional capacity products before the capacity is exceeded, or you will need to secure capacity from Services → Resources.

2)  If you do not purchase the voucher again after the paid use is over, the paid version will be terminated.

Play Store Upload Ticket

Play Store Upload Ticket ($5)

1. What is a Play Store Upload Ticket?
1) Play Store Upload Ticket products are agency fees to register the app on the Google Play Store.
2) If you are not able to do it yourself, please purchase the ticket and apply for upload, and we will release it for you.
3) If you can upload the app yourself, you only need to purchase the swing2app paid voucher, you do not have to purchase the upload ticket.
 
2. How to use
1) Before purchasing a Play Store upload ticket, you need to purchase a swing2app paid ticket. The free version of the app is not registered in the Play Store.
2) Play Store upload is $5 at a time. If you need to upload multiple apps, you will need to purchase an upload ticket for each app.
3) Unlike the swing2app paid voucher, you do not have to pay again once you upload the ticket.
However, if you need to upload an updated app to the Play Store, you will need to purchase an upload ticket and re-apply for upload.
 
3. How to Apply for Play Store Upload ticket
A purchase of a Play Store upload ticket does not mean you are immediately registered with the Store.
Please check the following application instructions.
*Go to Manager → Manager Version → Production History, and select the [Play Store Upload Request] button in the Market Registration field.
Please fill out the form according to the application form and apply for upload before your upload will be delivered to Swing2App. (Please make a request for upload after payment)
*The Play Store review will be released after 3-4 hours if there is no problem in the review.

App Store Upload Tickets

App Store Upload Ticket ($20)

1. What is an App Store upload ticket?
1) App Store Upload Tickets are agency fees for registering apps in the Apple App Store.
2) If you purchase the ticket and apply for uploading, we will release it on the app store for you.
3) The App Store cannot be uploaded directly by the user, so if you need to release your app on the App Store, make sure to purchase an upload ticket and apply for an upload agent.
 
2. How to use
1) Before purchasing the App Store upload ticket, you need to purchase the swing2app paid ticket. Free version of the app is not registered in the App Store.
2) App Store upload is $20 per time. If you need to upload multiple apps, you will need to purchase an upload ticket for each app.
3) Unlike the swing2app paid ticket, you do not have to pay again once you upload the ticket.
However, if you need to upload an updated app to the App Store, you will need to purchase an upload ticket and apply for upload again.
 
3. How to Apply for App Store Upload Ticket

A Play Store Upload Ticket does not mean you are registered in the Store.

Please check the following application instructions.
*Go to Manager → Manage Version → Production History, and select the [App Store Upload Request] button in the Market Registration field.
Please fill out the application form and apply for upload before your upload will be delivered to Swing2App. (Please make sure to apply for upload after payment)
*App store review takes 1 – 2 weeks on average, but there are many cases where the review is rejected.
So please be patient and wait.

Mobile web registration tickets

Mobile Web Registration Ticket ($20)

 

1. What is a mobile web registration ticket?

Mobile web is a product that registers the app made in Swing2App to the mobile website.

2. How to use the mobile web (how to apply)

1)Please complete the production of the app.

2)Please purchase a separate domain that can be linked to the app.  (Purchasing domains at sites such as Cafe 24 and Altitude Mall)

3)Purchase an extended or premium paid app ticket on the Manager Online Stores → Vouchers & Tickets swing2app ticket purchase page. [Swing2App voucher purchase page]

The mobile web can only be applied for extended and premium use. (Application for Basic Type Pass X, Application for Affordable Package X)

4)Payment → Pay [Mobile Web Registration Ticket: $20] on the swing2app ticket purchase page. Payment can be made with your voucher.

5) After payment, go to the Manager Version → Production History menu, select the [Mobile Web Upload Application] button in the market registration field.

6) After filling out the application form and submitting the mobile web application, the mobile web registration application will be delivered to Swing2App.

7) Mobile web registration work time is up to 2 days, we will send you the completed mobile web registration by e-mail.

★Mobile web registration is not available in the free version.

Mobile web registration application is only available for paid apps, and can only be applied to purchase swing2app extension and premium pass

3. Precautions

1) Before you apply for mobile web registration, you must purchase a separate domain that can link the site. (Café 24, etc)

After purchasing a mobile web registration ticket, please sign up for mobile web registration and we will register the app site with that domain.

2) Mobile web can be used only when extended or premium paid apps are applied.

It is not available in the free version and can only be applied to the extended and premium passes. (Basic type ticket and discount package cannot apply)

3) The mobile web usage period is the same as the paid app usage period.

Since the app is linked to the web, the mobile web will also end when the paid period ends.

** If the paid app usage period is 1 month, the mobile web can be used for 1 month, and the mobile web will be automatically extended when you pay for the paid app voucher.

4)Users who use and apply for the free commercial version cannot apply. * Only paid apps available.

5)Even if you update the app, it will not be reflected on the mobile web.

If you need to edit the web with these updates, please purchase a mobile web upload ticket and reapply for the newly updated version.

Additional storage products

Additional storage items (2GB $20-1 month)

1. What is storage capacity?
1)If the app capacity provided by the swing2app is not enough, you can add as much as the required capacity.
2) For 2GB / $11 products, app storage will be increased by 2GB per month.
You can check your purchase amount to extend your payment period.
3) Capacity Additional items do not add up to storage even if they are purchased.
In other words, when you purchase 3 2GB storage products, the capacity is not added up and 6GB is not added.
Add 2GB capacity for 1 month, add 2GB next month, and so on.
*If you need a large capacity, please purchase additional 5GB, 10GB capacity.
 
2. Types of storage products
*2GB storage: $11 per month
*5GB storage: $22 won per month
*10GB storage: $44 won per month
 
3. How to use
1) Storage capacity is automatically reflected in the app when you purchase products. It increases.
2) You can check the app capacity management in the Services → Resources menu.
In resource management, administrators can free up capacity by deleting posts that are not needed.
3) You will be notified 7 days before about the expiration date by e-mail and text message.

1. What is 1,000 message delivery products?
1) This product allows you to send SMS text messages to app members.
2) 1,000 SMS letters are sent for $20. You can purchase more shipments by checking the purchase quantity at checkout.
 
2. How to use
1) [SMS message] product purchase is automatically reflected on the admin page and can be sent to the app member immediately.
2) You must have your phone number in order to send a message.
In Services → Policy → Membership Registration Form, select the ID as ‘Phone Number’.
3)When you sign up, the phone number listed on your ID will be collected and you can send a text using that number.
4)Text sending can be done by selecting Send SMS from the [Push Send] menu, you can send a push-send SMS by selecting a member from the member inquiry menu.

Google Admob Plug-in

Plug-in with Google AdMob ($220)


1. What is a plug-in for Google AdMob?

AdMob is an advertising platform provided by Google as a function to place ads in the app.

In Swing2App, we can set up your admob with your app.

1) This product is a custom product that can be equipped with Google AdMob ads in the  app.

2) AdMob application fee is $220 (additional cell included) per app.

3) All revenue from your ads is 100% paid by users.

4) Android, iPhone integration will set the ad in the app.


 
2. How to use

1)Before purchasing the AdMob plug-in, you need to pay for the swing2App paid app. *Available in paid version app.

2) After purchasing the AdMob plug-in product, please fill out the AdMob application form on the swing2app inquiry board. *Please check below for application form.

3)After developing the Admob within 2-3 days, we will send you a test version app (APK) with the admob applied to your email.

4)If there is no problem in the test version, you can officially release to the store.

5) This product is only admob applied and will not be released to the store.

In order to launch the Play Store and App Store, you need to apply for an upload.

*Apps that were previously released should also be released again as an updated version with the admob applied to the store.


 
3. How to apply for AdMob

Please leave the information you need to apply for admob on the swing2app inquiry board.

(1) App name to apply to AdMob, account (e-mail address subscribed to Swing2app) :

If you do not know the ad unit ID, please enter the * ID and password of the Google account registered with Google AdMob (https://www.google.co.kr/admob).

First register admob on the site, then leave the information necessary for swing2app.

 

4. Precautions

1)Swing2App does not provide information related to the operation of the admob, such as advertising revenue, operation method, policy matters.

Please check the official Google AdMob site for details and precautions. *Swing2App only sets admob ads in the app.

2)If you have any questions about the application of AdMob in the app, please contact the customer center and proceed.

3)If you enter the development after payment, you can not stop admob or refund the payment details.

4)Advertisements cannot be selected by the user and are displayed randomly on Google.

5)Advertisement settings – We will proceed with full-page advertising, banner advertising.

1) Admob plug-in is a custom product, so if you want a refund after payment, please contact the customer center.

2) If the admob has already been applied, we cannot refund it.

Unlimited Swing2App Web View Plug-in Products

Unlimited swing2app web view plug-in product ($300)

1. What is the unlimited swing2app web view plug-in?
1) Unlimited use of Swing2App Web View: The plug-in is only available for apps created in Swing2App Prototype-Web view style.
2) The product can be used without any time limit, and you can use the swing2app without monthly payment.
3) Unlimited web view plug-in price is $300 (tax included).
 
2. How to use
1) After the app is completed please purchase the [unlimited plug-in web view] products.
2) The product will not be used immediately, even if payment is completed because the swing2app development team will put an unlimited server separately.
The development team will take care of it within 1 to 2 hours, and you will be able to use it after you receive the guide mail.
3) The development team will rewrite your app to the new version by applying the web view unlimited plug-in.
Therefore, you can download a new version of the APK file with the web view plug-in applied to release the app on the Play Store and App Store.
Users who have previously released your app will need to update and re-launch it in the store.

3. Precautions
1) Once the web view unlimited plug-in is applied, the web link (site URL address) applied to the app home screen cannot be changed.
For example, https://support.swing2app.com if you are creating and using the app with the URL address, you can still use the site address only.
If you change your web address, webview unlimited does not apply. *If you change your web-link address, your unlimited period of use will be suspended.
2) Unlimited web views are Swing2App custom products, so we’re remaking the app with the new version.
As a result, users who have previously released your app will need to re-launch it as an updated app in the store.
The new version of the app will need to be re-marketed and updated for existing users to receive the update, and new users will also be able to use the app with web view restrictions. (Update is not an option, it is required.)
3) Users who have previously requested to upload the store through swing2app will be uploaded at no additional cost. 

 
4. Refund Information
1) Web view Unlimited Plug-in is a custom product, so if you want a refund after payment, please contact the customer center.
2) Refunds can be made within 3 days of the purchase date, but they will not be refunded after the web view unlimited product has already been applied.
